01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pub201," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the pub201 gaming platform operating at pub201.net and all associated sub-domains and applications.
• "You," "Player," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers an account on, or uses the pub201 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on pub201 following completion of the registration process.
• "Platform" refers to the pub201 website at pub201.net, including all game interfaces, payment portals, support channels, and promotional materials accessible through it.
• "Real Money Gaming" means any wager, bet, or game play activity conducted using funds deposited into a pub201 account, as distinct from free-play or demo modes where available.
• "Balance" means the total value of withdrawable funds and bonus funds held in your pub201 account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by pub201 before a player may withdraw funds or access full account functionality.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "PHP" refers to the Philippine Peso, the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines.
• "USDT" refers to Tether USD, a stablecoin cryptocurrency accepted by pub201 via the TRC20 network.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the pub201 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pub201 in relation to your use of the Platform. By registering a pub201 account, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any portion of the Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

If you are accessing the pub201 Platform on behalf of any third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms. pub201 does not permit third-party account access or proxy gaming under any circumstances.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and representations between you and pub201 regarding the subject matter herein.

03 Eligibility

Use of the pub201 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines under applicable law and regulation.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and non-human legal persons may not register accounts on pub201.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or contractor of pub201, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension imposed by pub201 or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment. pub201 accounts may not be used to provide gaming services to third parties on a commercial basis.

pub201 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by pub201 support may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on pub201, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

pub201 operates a one account per person policy. Each individual player is entitled to maintain one active pub201 account at any time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the reason for their creation. Where pub201 identifies that a player holds more than one account, pub201 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses associated with those accounts, and restrict access to the balances therein pending investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. To update your personal details, contact pub201 support. Changes to certain account fields may require re-verification of identity documents.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pub201 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. pub201 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and pub201 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your pub201 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify pub201 support immediately via the live chat feature on the Platform. pub201 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend account access pending resolution.

06 Deposits

pub201 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) and USDT (TRC20 network) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Current deposit options are displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier interface at the time of transaction. pub201 does not impose processing fees on deposits, however your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges for which pub201 accepts no liability.

All funds deposited into a pub201 account must originate from a payment method legally owned and operated by the account holder. pub201 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits identified as originating from a source not belonging to the account holder will be reversed and the account flagged for review.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Cashier section of the pub201 Platform. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. pub201 targets the following processing timeframes under normal conditions: GCash and Maya withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes; bank transfers within 1 to 3 hours; USDT TRC20 withdrawals within 10 to 30 minutes following internal approval.

pub201 applies a return-to-source policy wherever technically feasible: withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where the original deposit method is no longer available, pub201 support will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method subject to additional verification.

pub201 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, high-value withdrawals, or where unusual account activity has been detected. Requests for verification documents must be satisfied within 7 calendar days. Failure to provide requested documentation within this period may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier interface at the time of request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts where KYC verification has been completed successfully.
• pub201 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the requirement is satisfied.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

pub201 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral bonuses, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented, including the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, validity period, and maximum withdrawal cap where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pub201 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless pub201 expressly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unreleased bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account balance at the end of the validity period.
• pub201 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or fraud.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated play between accounts, or exploitation of technical errors, will result in disqualification from the promotion, reversal of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

09 Gaming Rules

All games available on the pub201 Platform operate according to the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. pub201 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on pub201's game servers, the server-side result will be treated as the authoritative outcome. pub201's gaming systems generate results using certified random number generator (RNG) technology for applicable games.

pub201 is not responsible for interrupted gaming sessions caused by network disconnections, device failures, or power outages on the player's end. Where a game round is interrupted mid-play due to connectivity issues, the outcome will be determined by the game server state at the time of disconnection and any winnings due will be credited to the account balance accordingly.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the pub201 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain a competitive advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in a manner that results in financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and must be returned to pub201.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including chip dumping, coordinated betting strategies across multiple accounts, or sharing of in-play information in real-time.
• Attempting to access the pub201 Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method intended to disguise your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. pub201 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward pub201 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any Platform communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any portion of the pub201 Platform.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pub201 Platform — including but not limited to the pub201 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pub201 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pub201.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub201 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pub201 Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost gaming opportunities, or loss of data.

pub201's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pub201 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pub201 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pub201 takes reasonable steps to ensure Platform availability and reliability, pub201 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13 Responsible Gaming

pub201 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. pub201 recognizes that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and has implemented a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pub201 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive periodic notifications of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pub201 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

14 Suspension & Termination

pub201 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pub201.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory, or judicial authorities.
• Operational, technical, or legal requirements of pub201 or its licensing body.

You may close your pub201 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and pub201 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact pub201 support to attempt resolution of the dispute informally. pub201 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 3 business days and providing a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
